Our Mission

To Preserve the Rural Character and

Quality of Life of the Delphi Area

Who We Are

The Delphi Association is a local community group that monitors and responds to land use actions and issues that impact the Delphi area for the purpose of preserving the rural character and quality of life that exists and is cherished by its people.

What We Do

The Delphi Association functions as sounding board to the residents, represents and communicates the concerns to private as well as governmental entities and provides guidance in land use issues to interested parties. The Association has in the past developed a report that is based on extensive surveys of the residents. These findings and community input have helped guide the board's actions.

The Association works closely with the County Commissioners, staff, developers and other agencies to guide and facilitate proposed actions and plans so as to detract from the rural character and lifestyle in the Area. This includes monitoring of other activities and planning in Thurston County for potential affect on the Area.
